Director of Talent Representation

About the Position
HireInfluence is expanding their service line to include exclusive Talent Representation and Management. This position will begin as a part-time role, requiring 20+ documented hours per week in Harvest time tracking. It will evolve to a full-time role within 60-90 days based on performance. Pay structure will vary based on experience, and will consist of base + bonus/commission.
What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking an expert-level influencer/talent manager, with a proven track record of representing brand collaborations with Mega-Tiers and Celebrities. The candidate should be able to define and setup program requirements (including current rates and contractual needs), negotiate contracts, seek out new talent opportunities, and expand influencers’ reach off-line through traditional media.
Must have the skill sets to fully “own” this position and the new Talent Rep department as a whole. How to navigate both exclusive & non-exclusive talent contracts, monthly fee vs contract % structures, best-in-class industry practice/procedures and the tools/solutions/templates used for the management of all.
Specific services included under this division will consist of influencer consultation, media kit design, pitches for brand opps, content protection solutions, content monetization programs including NFTs, contract negotiations, UGC rights management, merchandising/co-branded product lines, etc.
Although we will expect you to spearhead this new project, we don’t expect you to do it all on your own. There is a full team of graphic designers, developers, marketers, finance and admin pros in place to support your efforts as you bring this new division to life.
